Tuxedo Ruk's Adventures in Star Project

Today, Ruk started the game Star Project for shits and giggles. She named her character Nue (birthdate: Nov. 18). Nue's company that she will apparently run is named Koike because Ruk was braindead and couldn't think of much.

It starts off with Nue and two thugs talking about debt. Then Touya comes and fucks shit up and "saves" Nue. Nue decides to defend him, seeing as how if she hadn't of been fake crying he wouldn't have come by.

They dump the debt bill on him. Explaining he owes them 10 Billion Yen.

And it turns out, Touya is an orphan and doesn't have that kind of money. Then again...Who DOES have that kind of money on the spot? Touya wants to become a star, which is why he was in this part of town. In fact, he's looking for Koike Star Management Company.

Turns out, he's standing right in front of the company!

...Then proceeds to bash on it for looking old and ugly.

Touya then learns Nue is the owner of the company, almost not believing it as she looks his age.

Now that Touya is on the road to becoming a star, he needs a stage name. Tuxedo Ruk is braindead on names, so let's go with Saphir.

Touya then is at war with himself, claiming his name is Touya not Saphir. It's your new identity honey, that's the price of stardom. Deal with it.

Now Tuxedo Ruk must write up her own contract for her stars to sign. Tuxedo Ruk panics because she knows jack shit about contracts. So let's just go with:

"If there is a maiden feeling the pain of romance, I will appear!"

Now that contracts are out of the way. Saphir now belongs to Nue.


Touya feels he will soon regret ever signing such a contract.

Oh dear, it seems the power went out. Nue decides to fumble around in the dark which makes Saphir giddy.

Which Saphir then takes as the opportunity to call her naughty.

After a good TV Ad work day, Saphir has leveled up.

AND SAPHIR NOW HAS NEW CLOTHES THANKS TO TUXEDO RUK.

We start off this wonderful adventure with Saphir complaining about how dingy the office is.

Tuxedo Ruk now questions on whether or not she should have named him Tamaki instead of Saphir...becauase damn. He looks like he came straight from Ouran.

Nue avoids confrontation by saying Saphir makes the building shine. Earning happy points from Saphir.

After some part time job at the bookstore (which Tuxedo Ruk has found she is the bomb at) Nue takes Saphir to model which was a HUGE SUCCESS. Saphir has LEVELED UP.

After modeling, Nue and Saphir head to the cafe, which is a date area btw. Tuxedo Ruk doesn't have any plans of "wooing" Saphir at the moment, but she DID think they should eat or some shit...

Nue says she'll make the place lively and noisy then. Saphir is worried.

Saphir is apparently thinking naughty things at Nue's words, which she questions him on. As she prods him for information. He proceeds to call her naughty again. Tuxedo Ruk barely knows what to make of this hilarity.

After spending the day in town, it's time to return to the office. Nue decides to head into Saphir's room. Something though is going on...

Saphir stomps at the ground before Nue suddenly enter. They bicker about how Nue should knock before coming inside, and Nue notes that Saphir is acting strange...Is he hiding something~?

They chit chat for a bit, leading to nothing worth noting and it's back to hanging around in the office.

Tuxedo Ruk decides "LET'S GO BACK TO THE PHOTOSHOOT TO OGLE THE CAMERA GU-I MEAN MAKE MONEY."

ANOTHER SUCCESS. Damn Saphir, you good at dat modeling.

Turns out the photoshoot was such a success, Camera Guy forgot the time and he was just gonna continue taking another 1000 pictures. Saphir is glad he stopped him.

Tuxedo Ruk has learned it's becoming hard to stay away from Camera Guy. Tuxedo Ruk is venturing into dangerous territory knowing SHE CAN'T HAVE HIM. (SOB)

After leaving the photoshoot, Nue and Saphir decide to head down to the Television Station run by what seems to be a really tubby Otaku with a neko-lady fetish. Anywaysssss, Saphir takes a job as a news Anchor which goes quite smoothly. TODAY IS A GOOD DAY.

After that chit chat, Nue and Saphir leave and head to the bookstore for a part time job organzing books. (Which Tuxedo Ruk is awesome at so it's a success).

Now that that's over and done with, it's time to head to the pet store because Tuxedo Ruk doesn't know what to do atm.

Once at the pet store, Saphir asks Nue if she likes cats which she responds yes. Yes she does.

AS IT TURNS OUT. SAPHIR IS A BIG CAT LOVER AND THINKS THEY SHOULD GET A CAT.

Tuxedo Ruk curses now because maybe his name should have been Mamoru.

Once Tuxedo Ruk decides "Fuq...I can't stay away." She returns to Star Project to continue wasting her life.

Did they not eat at the cafe? Tuxedo Ruk questions Saphir on having a stomach like Hei from Darker than Black. Anyways, Nue decides to feed him standard food. Saphir states it was delicious!

After randomly venturing around, Saphir has gotten his FIRST SCHEDULED LESSON. IN ACTINGGGG~

That's for tomorrow though, so for now- IT'S BACK TO THE BOOKSTORE TO MAKE SOME MONEYS. Now that more money has been earned after organizing some books. Time to ogle Camera guy...I mean GAIN EXPERIENCE IN MODELING.

Much like last time, the shoot is running smoothly and Hot Camera Guy forgets the time. (Tuxedo Ruk will cry grossly if she ever does bad with this guy.)

For now though, another level up has been earned!

After Tuxedo Ruk decides to reluctantly leave the photoshoot, Nue and Saphir roam town and decide what's next on their to-do list.

Seems there's nothing to do at the pet shop. But damn, dat reptile.

Nue and Saphir decide to head to the mountains (a date area) and Nue suggests they take lots of pictures. Saphir seems pleased by the suggestion, maybe photoshooting is in his blood.

Nue states that of course he'll have to be the one striking poses, by what Tuxedo Ruk guesses are the usual hilarious ones where people jump and it comes out weird. Saphir seems nervous now asking if he has to do weird poses.

Nue answer's him, saying he must vary his poses from tough to sexy.

It turns out, there's a LOT of OLD PEOPLE HERE. This is just too perfecttt. pfft.

After what Tuxedo Ruk assumes was a hilarious day in the mountains. It's back to the office to hang out! Turns out, poor Saphir is sleepy.

Nue and Saphir chit chat in his room for a bit, letting Saphir wake up some and head out to the filming studio where Saphir will act in an ACTION MOVIEEEE.

After about ten minutes of more modeling Saphir has managed to level up once more! Now for more aimless wandering and leveling up while Tuxedo Ruk wastes her life.

Nue and Saphir decide to head to the pool to cool off after a hard day's work. Saphir is estatic as he shouts happily upon arriving.

As it turns out, Saphir belives there's many cute girls here as he "hehehehe's" to himself. Hearing this, Nue hits him (or something) and Saphir claims he was "JUST BEING FRANK!" before saying it's not his fault Nue's not sexy like the other girls. Ouch.

Saphir notes that Nue should maybe go and play with the little kids in the pool as if he's the adult, causing Nue to feel insulted. When he sees that wasn't the best suggestion to make, they get in the pool together and Tuxedo Ruk earns +2 love points.

We return to our adventures with a successful interview.

Tuxedo Ruk ogles the Camera Guy while Saphir does fashion interviews which are also successful. He's nervous though about what parts of the interview will be cut to make it more entertaining.

When it's time to part ways with Camera Guy, Tuxedo Ruk decides Saphir and Nue should make some more money by organizing books.

Again, it was successful due to that mini game being fun as fuck.

After some work and CLOTHES SHOPPING, Nue and Saphir decide to head to the cafe. Saphir thinks the cafe is boring though and suggest they head back. To cheer him up, Tuxedo Ruk decides to force Nue and Saphir to the AMUSEMENT PARK.

Seems Saphir is exhausted, after Nue dragged him on various rides from the looks of things. She questions what they should ride next but Saphir suggests they should take a short break. Nue notes there are some scary rides she finds interesting, asking if Saphir is too tired to go on them. It seems the "tiredness" vanishes as Saphir states he's not tired at all. He states he wanted to rest because of Nue, but after learning Nue's not tired, she's ready to ride the next ride. Saphir stops her though, asking if she's hungry.

Nue states she's not really that hungry. Changing the subject, Saphir asks if they should ask someone to get a picture of them. (Saphir wants to rest real bad) The game notes.

Tuxedo Ruk decides after the Amusement Park, it's time to explore some more. Nue and Saphir head to the bakery, causing Tuxedo Ruk to pause momentarily to take in the baker's character.

Tuxedo Ruk learns the bakery mini gami is SUPER FUN just like the Bookstore game. Tuxedo Ruk shall return here more often...

After a day of amusement parks, book organizing, modeling, and baking it's time to go to the movies! Saphir can't belive he's actually going to a movie with Nue. Feels strange, huh? That's what Nue replied with anyway. Saphir tells her that it's not strange but actually kind of refreshing.

Then comes the time for them to decide on a movie, Saphir notes they should skip over horror movies.

But Saphirrrrrr, I LIKE HORROR MOVIES.

Nue questions him, asking if he can't handle horror films in which Saphir denies saying HE'S A MAN!

Saphir adds he just doesn't like to hear people screaming and that that's scarier than the movie.

Yeah, sure. Tuxedo Ruk now has the headcanon that Saphir is a baby when it comes to scary movies.

Nue says they should go the theater with the least amount of people, which Saphir notes they could be the only ones in there then to see the horror film. Nue tells him that that could be fun!

Oh yes....fun. hehehehehe. Tuxedo Ruk can smell the romantic shenanigans from a mile away.

Saphir interrupts though, claiming that THAT COULD BE SCARY!

After some scuffling, Saphir results to...using his charms(?) saying he's a good housekeeper and will keep the room clean.

Saphir notes it's raining, reminding Nue that FUCK SHE HUNG OUT LAUNDRY. In a panic, Nue runs outside, forgetting Saphir as she goes to retrieve the soaked laundry.

After awhile, Nue returns after saving the laundry. Sadly though, the laundry is soaked and wrinkly. Not in good condition at all.

Saphir states that they should divide the chores up since they'll be living together from now on and that he'll handle the cleaning today. Oh, how nice. It's up to Nue though to figure out what to do with the laundry.

A little while later, after the clothes and towels are folded. Nue notes that the clothes will need to be washed again, but the towels are fine and that it's time to put them in the bathroom.

OH NO! Nue's habit of NOT KNOCKING has placed her in a rather embarrassing situation!

Nue screams as Saphir tells her to stop screaming and that, if anything, HE should be the one screaming. Nue demands that he put on some clothes not realizing she's standing on them until Saphir reminds her.

After showering, Saphir steps foot into the living room, looking a little upset.

Apparently the bathroom door had been LOCKED. Oh man. This is just too fucking good. Apparently though, the bathroom door was broken and doesn't actually lock properly. Nue just never bothered to fix it because she lived alone before he moved in. Now Nue knows she needs to get the lock fixed...as the opposite of what just happened is completely possible.

After organizing some books in attempt for Tuxedo Ruk to get over her failures at the acting games, Nue and Saphir head out to the cafe for a date that was successful.

Upon returning to the office, Nue and Saphir sit down to have lunch...because obviously cafe's aren't meant for eating...just sloppy makeouts.

Upon returning home, it's time to get some EDIBLE food in their stomaches made by Saphir...

Nue mentally states that the dishes are as deliciosu as Saphir is cocky. Must be straight from the god's then, Nue...Straight from the gods.

It's then that the duo agree that Saphir is now in charge of the cooking. A wise decision...

Now that they have food in their bellies...Tuxedo Ruk assumes anyway, Saphir and Nue head to the park.

Saphir, upon arriving, is excited about something and asks Nue to hurry over.

Nue tells him to be careful just before barely catching him by the hand before he fell in. After a thank you is exhanged, a flustered Saphir and Nue enjoy their time at the park.

Nue asks the man who he is, and why he's staring at the building when Saphir comes out and tells her to come inside. Nue tells him about the man, but Saphir doesn't see anyone...

Tuxedo Ruk wonders if this is some kinda ghost shit going down or if the man just ran away.

It seems though, the man is gone and left the two alone for now.

Saphir and Nue need the money though to eat off of. So Saphir begins acting out against them. After a moment, Nue decides to do so as well.

The duo decide to act as if they haven't had food for quite some time. Saphir is distraught, pretending Nue is dying from starvation as he pushes her down on the floor and cries.

After Nue pretends to faint from starvation, the thugs are shocked. The fat thug states sadly that the duo needs to have some money to live too and returns the money they'd taken earlier and leave in a hurry.

After saving the money, Saphir has questions.

He wonders why Nue doesn't just sell off the building so she wouldn't have to deal with the thugs and debt. Nue asks why she should sell off a good building. Saphir doesn't see any other way out though before asking if there's any other reason she can't sell the building.

Of course there are reasons...Nue wants to expand the business. That it was her father's and grandfather's dream for this business and that she wants to make it happen.

After hearing her story, Saphir looks sadly at Nue.

At the cafe, Nue states she brought a book with her. Mamoru asks why to which Nue replies that she wanted to be seen as an elegant lady sitting in the cafe. Mamoru states elegant isn't really her style. Nue feels a bit insulted but lets it go, asking if he would like a book to read. Mamoru declines, and states he is interested in something else. Nue questions him, curious as to what he's interested in doing.

Early in the morning, Nue heads to Saphir's room because they have a schedule to keep. When Saphir doesn't answer Nue's wake-up call, she has no choice but to go inside. Upon entering, she's welcomed with the scene of a sleeping Saphir. She notes that he sure does have the looks to be a star.

As she tries to wake him, something falls from the bed to the floor. It looks to be a thick piece of paper.

A photograph of an old man, middle aged couple, a boy and a girl in their teens and then a little boy.

Nue wonders if this is a photo of his family.

Saphir mutters for his mother in his sleep while Nue inspects the photograph.

Apparently though, he's muttering for his mom to make food. Nue dismisses any sad thoughts before waking him up.

Turns out, Saphir had been asleep in his underwear and he's embarrassed. He shouts at Nue to get out so he can change and that it was rude to come in his room like that. He then calls Nue a pervert again.

Nue tells him to stop being such a wimp, that she's already seen him naked before and at least now he has underwear on. Saphir tells her he's been trying to forget about that and tells Nue to do the same.

At the broadcasting station...

Something is apparently going on though, as there is a huge crowd in front of the station. Saphir wonders what's going on. While kicking out all the screaming girls, the guards begin to shoo Saphir away as well. Saphir tries to explain that he's an entertainer but the guards aren't believing him.

Suddenly a girl began to laugh at Saphir's complaints. He asks who she is and she claims she is a fan of Diamonds.

Saphir has no idea who/what Diamonds is.

Apparently, Diamonds is a famous, three-people rock band.

The girl wonders how Saphir doesn't know who Diamonds is. The girls suddenly get even louder. It seems Diamonds has arrived!
